A Free Tech Support agent is able to remotely help you fix the problem while you watch. Begin by submiting your computer related question including the "Name and Model" of your scanner, copier, computer or laptop. For remote service you will be ask to allow a connection per Microsoft Remote Connection by sending a e-mail from you computer or laptop. Sometimes the Free Tech support agent can help you just by responding to your e-mail, but some problems are more complicated so the Free Tech Support may ask you to share your desktop connection and take care of your computer related problem.

I cannot send you an email at lionel1226@techemail.com I get amessage at bottom of screen saying modification is not allowed this is blocked. Is there a way to unblock? Thanks

I am having a problem burning CD's they burn fine and play on the computer but not in the car (or any car!) or the home stereo. I have burned many B-4 with no problem I have a Dell deminsion E521 and running window's vista. thanks

I can not change the font in email. When I try, I get a message saying "Access Denied" Error 501. I have a Dell Laptop Inspiron 1000 and am running Windows XP.

I jusswitched from dial-up to DSL. Was always able to get online with NetZero or AOL and check my Juno email using the "network connection" option. This doesn't work with DSL for some reason..I've changed every setting I can think of...I've had the Juno addy forever and like the way it saves messages. (I can do it through "webmail", but then the messages have to be put in a folder). Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, I just moved and no longer have sound. I have windows XP home on a dell 8300. I have done alll the troubleshooting and device manager enableing.

MPEG-4 movies have stopped working - all I get is the sound and a fuzzy yellow display. All other types of graphic work fine. Problem started about 4 weeks ago. I have Compaq Presario model S7500 UK with XP + SP2 installed. Cheers.

When I run IE7 I go to an URL runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx. The screen has nothing else on it. I cannot get to my home page. I can access my favotites. I have Windows Vista OS, Home premiun version.

My husband was trying to look at some soft porn (I guess) and now I am missing the wallpaper and screensaver module in my display module. Also some program call antivirusxp2008 is now appearing and I cannot delete it. Do I have a virus of some sort? I don't have the operating system disk either. I am running Microsoft Windows XP SP2 Pent III

Help!!

I did a PC Recovery on my other PC & now I am not able to access my Microsoft Word documents!

When I try to access it, I'm told that I am restricted!

How do i get rid of the restriction & why, after doing a PC Recovery, did it restrict me?

All of my important work is in my Word files!!

Dear Lionel,
Computer:- IceMan x Speed PC
Operating system:- Windows XP Professional SP3
Printer:- Lexmark z617
Problem:- Printing process stops at 99% i.e. printing done but delete
of print job not done. Further printing is blocked until PC is
rebooted.
An uninstall and reinstall of printer from CD made no difference.
Lexmark Tech support downloaded "userdev" and "Multipage" to my PC but
the problem persists.
Can you help please?
